The VigRX Plus Human Clinical Study
In one of the most comprehensive clinical trials ever conducted on a natural male sexual health supplement, VigRX Plus was evaluated in a published, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study.
Seventy-five men aged 25 to 50 with mild to moderate erectile difficulties took VigRX Plus daily for 84 days. Outcomes were measured using the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF), the same validated instrument used in pharmaceutical drug trials. The results were published in a peer-reviewed journal and remain publicly available for independent review.

How to Read a Clinical Study
Randomized
Participants are assigned to the treatment or placebo group at random, eliminating selection bias and ensuring results are due to the product, not the group composition.
Double-Blind
Neither the participants nor the researchers know who is receiving the real product and who is receiving the placebo. This prevents expectation bias from influencing the outcome.
Placebo-Controlled
A separate group takes an inactive pill identical in appearance to the real product. Comparing results against this group isolates the actual effect of the supplement.
IIEF (International Index of Erectile Function)
A 15-question validated assessment used worldwide to measure erectile function, orgasmic function, sexual desire, intercourse satisfaction, and overall satisfaction. It is the same instrument used to evaluate prescription ED medications.
